We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with high-quality dental prostheses and services. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for processing returns at The Digital Implant Lab, LLC.

1. Return Eligibility:
   • All sales are considered final from the date of the prescription order, unless otherwise communicated with The Digital Implant Lab, LLC regarding a specific concern.
   • Accepted returns are limited to cases of misaligned, inaccurate dental prosthesis, or damaged products that occurred during shipping.
2. Requesting a Return:
   • To initiate a return, the doctor must contact The Digital Implant Lab, LLC within the 30-day period from the date of the prescription order.
   • The doctor should provide detailed information about the concern and reason for the return.
3. Approval and Return Authorization:
   • The Digital Implant Lab, LLC will review the return request and assess its eligibility based on the provided information.
   • If the return request is approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued to the doctor and new prostheses will be processed and shipped again.
4. Return Process:
   • The doctor must securely package the product, ensuring it is in its original arrival condition and include the RA number on the package.
   • The doctor is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases of a documented error by The Digital Implant Lab, LLC products will be reprinted.
5. Inspection and Refund:
   • Upon receiving the returned product, The Digital Implant Lab, LLC will inspect the item to verify the concern. Stay in communication with your representative.
   • If the concern is validated, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a couple days of being notified. Payment processors can take a couple days to finalize.
6. Non-eligible Returns:
   • Returns for reasons other than misalignment, inaccuracy, or damage during shipping will not be accepted.
   • Products that have been altered, modified, or used outside of the prescribed guidelines are not eligible for returns.
7. Communication for Concerns:
   • It is crucial to promptly communicate any concerns regarding the product to The Digital Implant Lab, LLC to assess the situation and potential resolution options.
