1. Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes:
   • Upon receiving a product aka prescription order via store.TDILab.app, we will initiate the product preparation process.
   • Standard processing and shipping time is within 14 days from the date of the prescription order unless the doctor opts for rushed shipping and processing.
2. Rushed Shipping and Processing:
   • Doctors have the option to choose rushed shipping and processing for an additional fee.
   • Rushed orders will be processed and shipped within a shorter timeframe for prompt delivery.
3. Product Receipt and Review:
   • Upon receipt of the product at the doctor's practice, a 30-day review period will commence from the date of the prescription order.
   • During this 30-day period, the doctor is responsible for reviewing the product with their patients and evaluating its suitability.
   • After this 30-day window, all sales are final and no returns or adjustments can be requested.
4. Product Acceptance and Charges:
   • If no changes or communication regarding the product are received from the doctor within the 30-day review period, the product will be assumed to be working and accepted.
   • The doctor will be charged the total amount of the product(s) when the purchase though our website.
   • Choosing to manually upload your scans and not purchase a product can and will delay processing turn around times as our team will be in communication with you along the entire journey from designing to processing to delivery.
   • There are cases where a monthly retainer or subscription based model works better for some clients. Communicate with your representative and our team will negotiate considering various options to accommodate your companies payment needs.
5. Communication and Changes:
   • If the doctor wishes to make changes to the product or has concerns during the 30-day review period, it is essential to promptly communicate with The Digital Implant Lab, LLC.
   • Any changes or concerns should be communicated within the 30-day review period to avoid automatic acceptance and no returns.
6. Shipping Methods:
   • We utilize reputable shipping carriers UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable and secure delivery of our products.
   • Shipping fees will be determined based on the selected shipping method and location.
   • All standard shipping rates apply.
   • Avoid paying shipping costs by picking up in person or being near our Tennessee TDILab headquarters.
7. Order Processing Notifications:
   • During the processing phase, email notifications will be sent to the doctor who filled the prescriptions, providing updates on the order's progress and informing them of the processing stage the order is currently in.
8. Tracking Information:
   • Once the product is shipped, the doctor will receive tracking information via email and via store.TDILab.app to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of the shipment.
